BLACKERSPACE COMPUTER PROGRAMMING FOR BOYS
NOVEMBER 2012

Goals:
For students to learn computer programing (coding) by discovering how exciting and fun it can be to create computer games, animations, and inter-active stories.

Benefits:
Learn how to work on technical projects individually and as a teams. Learn problem-solving and project-design skills such as:
Logical reasoning
Solving problems
Developing ideas from conception to completed project
Sustained focus and perseverance

Schedule:
Sundays, 10am to 12:30 pm beginning November 4. This will be a hands on introductory workshop. Training is for boys ages 8-14 (grades 3 to 8).

Requirements:
A properly operating laptop computer with wireless Internet capability is preferred, but not required at this time. A parent or guardian must be present the first time.
